Sales process
A sales process is the path from ICP to cash, with owners. Funnel, cycle length, outbound, channel, compensation, and where AI is allowed to sit in the motion — that is the set. I am not interested in a CRM screenshot. If the stages do not match how a B2B committee actually buys in North America, you have a cartoon, not a process.
Process means stages with exit criteria, not a slogan on a wall. Funnel, cycle, outbound, channel, and comp are the file. If AI sits in this tag, it is because someone put a model on a step that already had an owner. That is the only way it belongs.
